Andrea Borodenko
Andrea is a seasoned sales and marketing professional having advised small, mid-sized as well as Fortune 500 companies on their digital marketing transformations. Mrs. Borodenko is an active member of the community, chairing non-profit organizations.
Antoine Casimir Jr., CPA, CBV
Antoine has spent the last 15 years investing and growing great businesses. While at Novacap, Antoine directly lead investments as well as their growth plan. Prior to that, Antoine was at BMO Capital Markets and at PwC Business Valuations practice.
Antoine served on the Boards of Directors for GTI Transportation, Mucci Farms, Noble Foods, Enviro-Viridis, Nautilus Plus, Hallcon Corporation, Idaho Pacific and FortNine.
